Alex is the founder of the Spire Fund adding significant experience operating consumer brands. His expertise in branding, product design, sales channel optimization, and marketing are well suited for growth stage companies. He previously founded Locale Outdoor and sold the business to a private equity buyer
Jon Boris
Board Member
Jon Boris is a founding member of the Jalex Group. Mr. Boris has extensive experience in corporate finance and capital markets and is responsible for transaction sourcing and deal execution with particular focus on the financing and acquisition strategy.
Prior consumer brand investments include Ouray and Cloudveil.
